These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parley platform, website, APIs, and related services (together, the "Service") operated by Parley, Inc. ("Parley," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1
The plain-English version
We give you software that automates workflows — enriching leads, triaging tickets, drafting replies, and similar work. You bring your data and your accounts. We process them to run the workflows you configure. You own your data; we don't sell it, and we don't train shared models on it. You pay for what you use. Either side can leave. The rest of this document is the careful version.
2
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by your team members and any API keys you issue.
Keep your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at security@parley.so if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
3
The Service & acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
Break any law, regulation, or third party's rights;
Send spam, run unsolicited bulk outreach, or violate anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL);
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service as a competing product;
Upload malware or probe, scan, or test the security of any system without our written consent;
Use the Service to make automated decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review;
Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage controls.
We may suspend or limit access if your use threatens the Service, other customers, or anyone's safety — we'll give notice where practical.
4
Your data & content
You own your data. You retain all rights to the content, records, leads, tickets, messages, and other materials you submit ("Customer Data").
License to us. You grant Parley a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as instructed by your configuration.
No shared-model training. We do not use your Customer Data to train models shared across customers. Each account is logically isolated.
Your responsibility. You're responsible for having the rights and lawful basis (including any required consent) to submit Customer Data and have us process it — including personal data of third parties such as your leads or end users.
Aggregated data. We may use de-identified, aggregated data that doesn't identify you or any individual to operate and improve the Service.
5
Third-party services & integrations
The Service connects to third-party tools you authorize (e.g. CRMs, helpdesks, Slack, data providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or what they do with data once it leaves the Service at your direction.
6
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and documentation, is owned by Parley and its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. We own all feedback you give us and may use it without obligation.
